Eye am my ancestors' keeper, and they inspired me to create
Hoodoo Healing because it was through the practice of
African Spirituality that I became new.
They called me to go deeper and
stretch myself in this world, and I did just that.
I answered my ancestral calling and became a Herbalist,
Rootworker/Hoodoo Practicing Priestess.
I hail from the streets of
Brooklyn; however, my family is from
The low country of South Carolina.
I was taught by my highly herbal spiritual healing
family that was also the
neighborhood go to for "help" and the "Mother's Of The Church"
because those were safe title for hoodoo workers back then.
Being exposed to many religions
led me to be an interfaith minister.
I have talked to spirit since a child and communing with them
were natural they were my "imaginary friends" back then.
Yes my ancestors are great
and the Heavenly Father & Holy Mother have
been good to me but to get here in this place I have been
through ups and downs, and my grandmother bought me
through those trying times with "Hoodoo Healing"
I will never forget that it was through the
ancestral spirit that healing happened.
My experiences are too many to list but one thing
I do know for sure that
I am glad that my ancestors never gave up on me
and I am so happy that my spirit led me
to this work, ancestral wisdom and truth.
This path is a journey for sure and as
I grow in this journey I am
glad to share with you my
Hoodoo Healing Circle
For Women Of Color,
& Rootworking, Divination Services.
I am here as an ancestral spiritual vessel
And happy to do so.
